Regarding special return policy

If the product arrives damaged

Custom-made original products are created with all our heart just for the customer who ordered them.
Regardless of whether you have used it or not, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience, such as ``It is different from the image,'' ``It is no longer needed,'' ``The message was sent incorrectly,'' etc. Please be aware in advance that when confirming your order before creating it, please carefully check the order details once again before proceeding with the payment and approval procedures. If you broke it or ordered the wrong item
