If the product arrives damaged

Custom-made original products are created with all our hearts only for the customer who ordered them.
Regardless of whether or not the product has been used, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "not as pictured", "no longer needed", "wrong message", etc. Please be aware of this in advance, and when confirming the order before creating it, please check the order details once more before proceeding with payment and approval. In addition, regarding the product image, there may be differences in color depending on the monitor environment.


If you have broken the item or ordered the wrong item
Please note that free replacements are not available for items that are damaged by the customer or the recipient, such as if the item is broken or if the order is incorrect. We do not guarantee any damage caused by using the product for purposes other than its original purpose. Thank you for your understanding.
